I have coached people in a wide range of industries, such as marketing, communication, engineering, finance, education, and change management. Moreover, my scientific background has given me the opportunity to work with many scientists, both in academia and in private companies.

I have worked with people from diverse cultural backgrounds, including Australia, Asia, Europe, Africa and Latin America. Having worked in five countries, I am very aware of the challenges of building a career in a foreign country and of the intercultural issues in the workplace.

I coach people all around the globe, in English and in Spanish.

When I am not coaching, I am writing articles and content on topics I’m passionate about, such as leadership and career development, health and wellbeing, psychology, and human behaviour.
