How Coaching Works

The coaching relationship is collaborative, honest and respectful. Together, we will clarify where you are now and where you would like to be.

First, I will help you define the goals you want to achieve and the outcomes you expect from the coaching. 

Then, I will help you identify strategies and actions that will allow you to achieve your goals.

As your coach, I will provide you with the right balance of support and challenge to help you reach your goals.

Coaching is a learning process. Through a coaching conversation, you can expect to learn about yourself and your goals.

I use a strengths-based approach to coaching, which means I will help you discover and explore your strengths and how you can use them to achieve your goals.

I have a background in science, and I bring a scientific approach to my coaching, using the latest research in neuroscience and human behaviour to facilitate adult learning and development.

I work in one-on-one coaching sessions. Each session lasts 60 minutes and takes place either face-to-face (in Brisbane, Australia) or online.

I work with people all around the globe, in English and in Spanish.

The first session is free with no obligation to continue. This first session is a 30-minute chat to get to know each other and discuss your expectations from coaching.
